Mission:

Advocate for the development of a regional transportation infrastructure from the Brazosport area to Hempstead and beyond, which will provide for improved hurricane evacuation, more efficient mobility and economic development for the region and the state.

Vision:

Local governments, elected officials, private businesses, and individuals working together for the responsible development of regional transportation infrastructure that improves evacuation routes, facilitates domestic and international trade, enhances economic opportunity and provides more efficient mobility.
